1. Measure the width of your four front teeth to determine size. If it is closer 1-1/8th inches (28 mm), order size SMALL. 1-1/4th (32 LARGE. 2. Remove cosmetic from their packaging. 3. Follow instructions provided fit upper teeth, using included fitting material. 4. Once fitted, wear as desired, but remember they are not for braces, eating, or therapeutic use. Proceed with caution when wearing lipstick. 5. To remove, gently pull off teeth.
